Whether you prefer a physical SIM card or eSIM, we have you covered either way. Simply choose your preferred service option when subscribing your Rizz Wireless network plan.
For the eSIM, simply follow the configuration as instructed on your device.
If you choose the physical SIM, we deliver it straight to the home address entered during the time of purchase and simply follow the instructions on Rizz Wireless mobile app.
And if you chose a future date of activation for your plan using our website or smartphone app, we'll do need do the to activate your plan on given date.

Data needs can vary from person to person, that’s why, with Rizz Wireless, you have a variety of plans to choose from. All our Data Burner plans support unlimited Data, Talk & Text as per your requirements. Check the plans that match your requirements.
Yes you can! Whenever the need arises, you can port in your current number or receive a new one. If you want to port your number, ensure you have access to your account number and pin from your previous carrier.
Though we’re sorry to lose a valued customer, we understand that circumstances may change, so we’ve simplified the cancellation process. Simply email us at care@rizzwireless.com with the subject Request Cancellation - xxx xxx xxxx
Log into your Rizz wireless mobile app on your device, click on More > Payments and you can add/change payment methods.
Our service allows direct international calls, though other VoIP alternatives also exist. However, international roaming is not a feature we’re supporting just yet.
